Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Brightrix (the "app"), a Shopify app that shows fulfillment analytics from your Shopify order data. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app reads order metadata from your Shopify store via the Admin API and presents it as fulfillment-analytics dashboards inside your Shopify admin — fulfillment speed and on-time SLA, order aging and backlog, revenue at risk, order volume, and sales-channel breakdowns, by count or revenue, over the date ranges you choose. Brightrix is read-only with respect to your orders and does not modify your Shopify data.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API on your Shopify invoice. Your plan determines how far back your analytics history can look. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Billing page; Shopify prorates per its standard rules.

4. Availability and data

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and is deleted after uninstall via Shopify's shop redaction webhook.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business decisions made based on the analytics shown.

6. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate service for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
